Business & Talent Advisory: Our advisory practice is based on collaboration and working in a network of professionals and institutions that provide singular value in their area of specialisation. Some of our methodologies with the greatest impact are:

Definition of strategies and business plans. We accompany our client through the definition and review of their business strategy. We do the same for adaptation of business models and the definition of action plans over the short to medium term. Our added value is focused on enhancing the application and implementation of plans thanks to the generation of work spaces where people understand, and appropriate from, the strategy in order to implement it.

People management model and processes. We facilitate the adaptation of the people management model to respond to the needs of the business along with specific processes for managing people. We’re experts in capturing and managing Digital Talent. We combine work as Search consultants with the use of our own Digital Skills Evaluation tools that allows us to rank the best Digital Talent (KDT), along with specific digital applications for the appropriate management and measuring of the Candidate Experience throughout all our processes.
